Everyone does not have a big problem in scratching their scalp. One scratches his scalp while being annoyed in public or maybe in a deep thought. An itchy scalp is not anything that can be shrugged off especially if one's hair starts falling. When a person's jaw drops, it means that something unbelievable has been seen. This occurs naturally even to the most cold of us. In fact jaw popping is different. Unless a person is a mixed martial arts fighter, getting a popping jaw is rare. When the jaw pops, it sounds like one is sick or is trying to be funny.

It is not necessary that people who have long thick hair might have itchy scalps but even people with short cropped hair or totally bald may have scalp scratching occurrences at one time or another. It is clear that hair plays a second fiddle in the itchy drama. One want to know what exactly causes the itch in scalp. When talking about common causes of popping jaw, an irregular click in the jaw or any joint of the body should be taken as a symptom. A jaw is a joint so it has the possibility to crack.


Some common causes of itch in scalp can be toxins from prescription drugs, lice, folliculitis, ringworm, dandruff and women in menopause. When a person is under medication, toxins rise up to the scalp leading to an itchy scalp and the itch can sometimes be unbearable. Women in menopause stage may have a drop in their estrogen level that their skin starts to dry up becoming most prominent on their scalp and arms. This results in itchiness. Lice are also the cause that gives creepy crawly feeling on the scalp prompting a person to scratch the itchy part immediately. Women and men are likely to have lice when they grow their hair longer than the usual. Lice can magically transfer to other heads within seconds. When a person gets follicles, itching starts. This is when the hair follicle swells or a bunch of hair follicles get inflamed and irritated. Ringworm is a result of fungal infection minus the worm and results in itching. The most common cause of itching that everyone knows is dandruff. It occurs when the scalp has flakes that may turn white, grey or red when the head is scratched.


The common causes of jaw popping are Tepromandibular Joint Disorder (TMD) and deep-seated stress. Jaw popping only means a bone or cartilage dislocation. Experts call it Tempromandibular Joint Disorder (TMD) and this is caused by stress or by taking a powerful blow to the jaw and taking an unbalanced bite. It can also happen because of a previous bone surgery which had the wisdom teeth pulled off. Another cause of jaw rattling is emotional stress. When people are in various stages of grief, they can be seen crying with clenched teeth. Later, when their body grows cold, they start to chill and then their jaw starts to rattle and pop. This is not an ordinary one but the most difficult jaw popping cause to treat that may take years. Some people don't fully recover in many cases.

For avoid itchiness on the scalp. Too much sun exposure has to be avoided, using mild shampoo will be better, comb with rounded bristles should be proffered and use of hair blower should be avoided. On the other hand, jaw popping can be treated by seeing the dentist or bone doctor, not doing jaw popping for fun and see one's shrink if it gets serious.
